Eva gets to spend the afternoon with the Altman Cousins/Aunt/Uncle today! I confidently told Teresa last night that I would just shift her schedule slightly today. I'd keep her awake until early afternoon, then she would nap peacefully at their house during Teresa's appointment, and then she'd wake up when her cousins come home from school. Simple!
But here is Eva at noon today, after 7 minutes in the car ... with me talking to her the entire time.
"Stay awake, angel. We're almost home. We're going to rough-house in your playroom as soon as we get there!! What does a puppy say?? Woof-woof!"
Small setback, but no problem! She has only been asleep for a minute. I'm sure she'll wake up on the changing table.
Okay, Eva is officially napping at noon today, in her own house, in her own crib. Sleep peacefully, mi amor!
