Wow, Eva surprises us daily with her vocabulary, the connections she's making, and other proof that she has been soaking up everything she's heard over the past two years!
Yesterday, she started counting to 10. With perfect clarity, while pointing with her index finger, over and over again! Except for the #5 ... which really isn't that important anyway, right? ;) She also counts "uno, dos, tres" in Spanish!
Eva also shows her tender, empathetic soul by telling us how everyone is feeling. When I laughed at something Jake said this morning, Eva said "Mommy funny". Later when Carter smiled and made happy gurgles, Eva said "Carter happy!" ... followed by an even more excited "Eva happy!!"
